Requirements

• You have the ability to connect with all kinds of employees quickly and provide tangible feedback on behaviors designed to improve performance

• You know how to win through others by providing clear expectations, consistent follow ups, and provide regular feedback on successes and misses

• You are the leader of your retail location and believe that we are better as an organization when everyone is successful

• You are humble and a willing receiver of feedback, from your employees, peers and managers, as a growth opportunity

• Taking pride in your daily work. You want to be successful in everything you do and you have a high bar for quality.

Success Includes

• Contributing to the companies objectives by exceeding retail sales goals, controlling store shrink, driving an amazing customer experience, and being service excellent

• A willingness to do whatever is needed to help the company grow including diving into areas of the business that are out of your comfort zone

• Create promoters of our brand by providing transformational experiences to every customer

• 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent
